Force Majeure
ThermalStar shall not be liable for loss or damages or delay due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of Nature (GOD), acts of the purchaser, fire, strikes, lockouts or other labor disruptions, flood, epidemic, civil or military restrictions, embargoes, vehicle related issues, wrecks, delays in transportation or inability to obtain necessary labor or products. In the event such delay has occurred, the delivery will be extended for a period equal to the time lost by the reason of the delay without effect to the manufacturer’s warranty and restrictions.

Limitation of Liability
ThermalStar shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if American Infrared Consultants LLC. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that ThermalStarproduct is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or has misprinted specifications and/or accessories, ThermalStar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed with the incorrect information. ThermalStar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ThermalStar shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
